1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account on, or using any service of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

• An email address may only be used for one account.
• A mobile number may only be linked to one account.
• If any of your details change, you must notify the support team promptly.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

wenvip reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Verification may require a government-issued ID (national ID card or passport), proof of address and payment method documents. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being restricted or closed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Funds deposited must come from your own legitimate sources.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• wenvip does not cover any currency conversion fees on deposits.
• After a successful deposit, your account balance should update immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be completed first.
• wenvip may request additional documents to verify a withdrawal request if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

wenvip offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x.
• Wagering is calculated as (deposit + bonus) × 15.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.

• wenvip may set a deadline by which wagering requirements must be completed.

5.3 General Conditions for Promotional Offers

• Each promotion may be claimed once only, unless stated otherwise.

5.4 VIP Program

The wenvip VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Tier upgrade criteria and cashback calculation methods are detailed on the platform. wenvip reserves the right to modify or withdraw VIP benefits at any time.

6.1 Game Operations

All games offered on wenvip are operated by certified third-party game providers. These games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair play.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance.
• wenvip reserves the right to void a round if a technical error produces an incorrect result.
• If your internet connection drops during a game session, the bet will be completed automatically.

6.3 Technical Issues

If an abnormal situation arises due to a technical error, server issue or software bug, wenvip may cancel the relevant round or session. In such cases, the amount wagered will be refunded.

8.1 Account Closure by wenvip

wenvip may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• In accordance with directives from legal or regulatory authorities.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, however bonus funds will be cancelled if the bonus conditions have not been met.

8.3 Balance Policy

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, any winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited. Only the original deposit may be returned, provided it came from a legitimate source.
